CHRISTMAS RETURNS
Any orders from 7 November to 25 December will have an extended returns can be returned up to 8 January 2025.
Returns must be sent back to us within 28 days of receiving your order. Return postage is not reimbursed by Happy Hearts, it is paid for by the customer and we recommend keeping your return receipt/tracking number until your item is refunded. We won’t be able to refund you if the item is lost in the post when returning to us.
Please make sure all items returned are in an unused condition and you have taken care of the items whilst in your possession. Please do not remove any labels or tags we cannot accept refunds on any items if they have the tags removed. We cannot refund items that are marked with make-up, fake tan or general marks.
We will do our best to process the refund the day your item arrives back to us, but please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to go back into your account.
